MEANS OF BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Trade Terms
- We pay our staff (casual workers) as per the labour wage guidelines set by the Government. Terms of wages also depends on the locality of the business, where applicable.
- Most importantly, terms of wages will be negotiated between ‘DHRS’ and the ‘CLIENT.’
- For professional employees, wages are negotiated between our client, and worker. In this case, we shall charge you 16% commission.
Costing
We charge 25% commission of output per worker. These charges are exclusive of V.A.T. The commission enables us run and administer our operations, train and get uniforms for our workers.
Mode of payment
We prefer weekly payments for casuals, as they are paid on weekly basis. Mode of payment is mostly effected after discussion and agreement with the client.
Itinerary
We may need office space in a client’s premises for better co-ordination and supervision of staff for efficient delivery of services to the client.
